My name is Elena Ruzgis, and I specialize in portrait photography and content creation for personal social networks and brands. I am a published photographer in Harper's Bazaar, Marie Clarie, Forbes, and HELLO magazine.
I have been doing photography since 2017, and now I live in Cancun and work all over the Mexican Caribbean. I am also available to travel worldwide for photoshoots. Having spent most of my life in Moscow, I also have over a decade of experience in PR and marketing. I have worked for Russia's biggest entertaining TV channel and a TV production company. During this time, I produced and managed fashion shoots and covers for top magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Forbes, Glamour, HELLO!, Men's Health, and The Hollywood Reporter, among others.
Unlike most photographers, I started from directing photoshoots and realized that my true passion is in being a photographer myself. My extensive experience in organizing complex photoshoots enables me to produce the best results for my clients. I lead the photoshoot from start to finish, helping with planning, preparation, outfit selection, and posing.
I shoot both in the studio and outdoors, using natural and artificial light to create elegant and timeless images. As a professional retoucher, I can also enhance the final images to give them that extra polish.
